Conspiracy Theory: Democrat-Socialists (DSA) Incite Psychopathologically-inclined Shooters

The DSA Plan Promoting Citizens to Voluntarily Surrender Their Defensive Weapons

Why are Mass Shootings so prevalent? Are there that many violently murderous, hateful people currently in the USA? If a person survives (is surviving) in an environment with frequent physical violence or frequent social humiliation and embarrassment, then such a person may develop a grudge and a plan promising future vengeance for past attacks on him or her. The cause seems clear, but are there other possible influences to the psyche of such a violently-inclined person?

98% of the time such a counterattack against 'enemies' is perpetrated by a male. Besides the aforementioned environment, the male's thinking is probably very negative and hateful. He is probably strongly influenced by unthinking, superstitious, suspicious, irrational, and emotional people surrounding him in his daily environment. Obviously, he was and is exposed to various weapons such as rifles, handguns, and especially automatics like the AR15. He has become proficient at firing and maintaining several effective weapons.

I think this person fits into the world of a Democrat-Socialist (DSA) who is full of hate for the people in his environment and America in general. His entire expectations in life have been frustrated and thwarted. His politics are violently democrat-socialist. The acquaintances in his immediate shooter environment also hold irrational, democrat-socialist political beliefs. His shooter buddies may have a somewhat 'friendly', positive influence in his violent thinking. If he watches the news, Mainstream-Media and Social-Media (ABC, BLOOMBERG, CBS, CNN, CNBC, Facebook, FOX, FOXBUSINESS, Google, MSNBC, NPR, PBS, Twitter, and various other Internet sites) with its exaggerations and outright lies can also prompt anger and confirmation of his violently held political beliefs.

DSA want total control of America's economy and the people. Their goal is the Gestapo-like control of America. Such a goal can only be achieved by the confiscation of all weapons from law-abiding citizens and everyone else. Once this is achieved, Socialists can do anything to strengthen their wealth and power, e.g., taking wealth from past individual, capitalistic earners and nationalizing private companies. Then, Socialists will first redistribute the confiscated wealth to their bank account(s) and to their supporters. Eventually, the economy will fail and America will be like Venezuela or the old Soviet Union.

So, the DSA goal is the confiscation of weapons, how do they do it? They can't use federal agents and local police because people won't voluntarily relinquish their weapons of self-defense. If Democrats tried involuntary, mandatory confiscations, there would be a lot of dead agents just like the British Infantry in the Revolutionary War. Every American would become a sniper! No, the only workable way is to get Americans to voluntarily give up their guns. How can this be achieved?

Any attempt to confiscate weapons legally with legislation (statutes) is not likely. NO GUN CONFISCATION LAW would be Constitutional. A great uprising of the People who constantly pound on CONgress — like the historical period leading to the Volstead Act of 1919 (Prohibition, 18th Amendment)) — to repeal the 2nd Amendment, our Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms, might look viable. But such a Repeal requires a vote by 2/3 of both houses of CONgress (290 in the House; 67 in the Senate) to pass a Resolution for repeal of the 2nd Amendment. Then, 3/4 of the legislatures of all 50 States (38) must ratify the repeal. Regarding Prohibition, after 14 years of bootlegging, organized crime, murder, mass murder, and corruption of officials at every level, the U.S. government repealed the Volstead Act (21st Amendment) in 1933. Prohibition was probably the greatest error ever made by CONgress and the People. At the time the activist People comprised a bunch of evangelist preachers with attitudes of superior virtue or self-righteous piousness and women who demanded sobriety of men for sex with them. Whether or not the USA had statistically accurate polls, this group of people (assholes) had enough political power to cause CONgress and States to destroy America for 14 years. In some ways, America has never recovered from Prohibition. So, repeal of the 2nd Amendment is unlikely.

So to cause Americans to surrender their weapons, it is possible that DSA operatives in communities throughout America are searching for angry, violent, psychologically deranged persons who can be provoked into committing MASS MURDER. Each DSA-provoked mass shooting results in some of the remaining relatives whining for gun-control (eventual voluntary surrender). Also, many people living primarily in densely populated urban areas will develop an anti-second amendment political view. At least, this is the Socialist plan to take control of America by first disarming citizens making them defenseless. The DSA plan is to make citizens want to voluntarily give-in to voluntary surrender of their weapons.

What final catalyst goads the shooter into the execution of his killing plan? It is usually some very demeaning, degrading, abusive event causing the shooter to lash out at the world killing everybody in sight and committing suicide in the process. Is there a solution to the mass shooting problem? I think people must become amateur psychologists and observers of pathological behaviors. In their immediate environment, take control of situations where their relative becomes violently frustrated teaching the disturbed person to think through his emotions. Out in the everyday world, I think EVERYONE should avail themselves of their 2nd Amendment rights and become proficient with at least one weapon, target-shooting, speed, and dismantling for cleaning. Learn to think and keep your emotions under control in stressful or violent situations. Learn to defend yourself with your weapon and know the difference between life-threatening and non-threatening events. Apply for a Concealed-Carry permit or a Constitutional-Carry permit.

Lastly, dismiss, dissociate and rebuke ALL who desecrate (especially DSA) the Constitution of the United States of America.

[Editor's Note: "Mental illness" is best defined by behavior that is deemed socially unacceptable. Most sovereign nations have various laws against most types of violence. These include murder in different degrees and physical assault. While the superstitious, religious behavior of a "convinced" person may be very irrational, citizens of the USA live in a free country (supposedly), and as long as such persons are NOT violent, one can ignore them and leave their presence or demand they leave yours. These behaviors sometimes are so weird that government types want to intervene and "help" (making the problem worse). Most religious behaviors are the result of life-long environmental influences — parents, relatives, friends, and religious officails such as priests, preachers, evangelists, and others who either believe the dogma or have a vested financial or other psychological interest in proselytizing and even forcefully converting people to their beliefs. If the only behaviors a person observes from early childhood to adulthood are the role models of these religiously convinced persons, and if one is never exposed to rational, objective persons who can instruct persons exhibiting aberrant, irrational, and illusory behavior to think logically, independently, and scientifically and empirically learn about their world, then they are doomed. Of course, if the person exhibiting irrational, religious behavior lacks the raw intelligence to begin reasoning when faced with obvious contradictions, then the person will never recover. This is one reason why education at all levels is important to free the religiously, extremely oppressed minds of ignorant, superstitious, illusory beliefs. Religious persons, while irrational and ignorantly narrow, are not necessarily violent massacre murderers. Most of these people, bombarded by religious people, have been operantly and classically conditioned to behave religiously and violently. The conditioning has destroyed whatever raw, open-minded intelligence with which they may have been born. Because of this conditioning, these persons can be considered to be below average intelligence, incapable of relearning. The development of bogus "theories" of gun violence from purported experts who work in conjunction with the feds to weaken the meaning of the 2nd Amendment (much like all other Amendments in the Bill of Rights have weakened) and confiscate guns either voluntarily or involuntarily from citizens is a new low even for government. While no peaceful, productive, educated citizen (who is supposed to be protected from government by the Bill of Rights) likes the mass murder perpetrated by some crazed psycho with one or more guns, each of the massacres in the USA have had MANY warning signs and failures to act which could have prevented the disasters. I suggest that behavior and psychiatric "experts" develop a theory that both describes the warning signs with 95-97% probability and provides an efficacious plan for the prevention of violent gun massacres. Begin by developing a voluminous database of behavior observations (millions of obs) containing every facet of violent behaviors, family behaviors, violent school behaviors, and religious behaviors. Then, develop a probability model that accurately predicts potential gun massacre behavior. The problem is that people who can objectively and judicially act (and be correct) to prevent a massacre are rare. The goal is to predict and intervene at the right time before a massacre and treat the deranged person. Being an Atheist, Christian, Muslim, Jew, Shintoist, Hindu, Buddhist, Confucist, Humanist, Maoist, Wotanist, Santa Claus (w/ Rudolph not drug dealer), or Tooth Fairy is not a problem — violent behavior (except self-defense) that results in injury or death is! Can it be prevented without infringing the rights of citizens? If citizens and gun-owners permit the Feds to impose stringent so-called "red flag laws" enabling weapon confiscation without Due Process, then America no longer abides by its Supreme Law and is no longer free! ]

Joseph Story, Supreme Court Justice
... when the court wasn't part of the L-E-J Cabal

Joseph Story (1779–1845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.

In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison — who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (1755–1835).

In 1833, Justice Story published a study titled, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States. In a discussion of the Second Amendment, Story stated:

"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."

[Editor's Note: what I have dubbed the "Legislative-Executive-Judicial Cabal" which the American People have caused by ignoring the generational transition from our Constitutional Republic to what now is, in effect, an "elected" dictatorship. Never mind who is elected. Never mind which bogus party is in power. The superficial, theatrically staged, choreographed appearance of debate, disagreement, and stalled legislation always resolves into more government and less FREEDOM. We the People still lose more freedom after every "emergency" or unnoticeably when CON-gress passes another general, open-ended law that enables the Executive (dictator) and its unaccountable agencies to formulate more freedom-restricting regulations (200 pages a day get posted to the Federal Register). The "Dictator's" agencies (police force) continue to pile-up more weapons to squelch uprising(s) when the People finally realize and understand their tyrannical government.

The FairTax is a consumption tax unilaterally applied to all Americans at the same rate. For businesses, payroll taxes would no longer exist. Our exports would include a heavy tax for overseas buyers purchasing our products, while our imports would be cheaper for us to purchase. I'm not sure how this would affect GDP, as more information is necessary.

According to the FairTax website, "Under the FairTax, every person living in the United States pays a sales tax on purchases of new goods and services, excluding necessities due to the prebate." The prebate gives every legal resident household an "advance refund" at the beginning of each month so that purchases made up to the poverty level are tax-free.

So a family of four making something like $50,000/year should not have to pay taxes, thus preventing an unfair burden on low-income families. Since the FairTax eliminates both federal and payroll taxes, you get to keep your gross pay amount of each paycheck earned.

Why Do We Need Term Limits?

John Adams said, “Without [term limits] every man in power becomes a ravenous beast of prey”. That being said, here are some of the reasons we believe our country needs Term Limits.

1. Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
2. Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
3. Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
4. Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
5. Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

[Editor's Note: If you want to get rich, i.e. advance from a low paying government bureaucrat job on the local or state level, THEN GET ELECTED TO THE US CONGRESS (House or Senate). Once you're elected, it's easy to steal from your campaign contributions or the Congressional budget allocated to your seat and staff. You can go on a government-funded junket with 'lavishly' paid expenses. The list of ways to steal from the government while in office is inexhaustible. There are only a few Congressmen who left Congress just wealthy instead of a multi-millionaire.
