The founders of the United States of AmeriKa had experienced the tyranny, torture, and theft of kings before migrating to the North AmeriKan continent. After a century or more of the king's tyranny and taxation in the Colonies, the founders rebeled against the king. The Constitution of the United States of AmeriKa was designed and written after years of development. The Constitution provides the framework for a weak, limited central government, the primary goal of which was to provide for the common defense against foreign encroachment. ALL OTHER POWERS NOT EXPRESSLY GIVEN THIS NEWLY FORMED UNITED STATES IN THE CONSTITUTION WERE RESERVED TO THE STATES. After much argument during several years, The States ratified the Constitution.

The first ten amendments to the Constitution known as the Bill of Rights protected the individual rights of each Citizen of the United States of AmeriKa making government infringement of these rights unlawful. These Amendments have weakened to the point that they are relegated to history over two centuries. For example, the 2nd Amendment states that "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It doesn't state or imply that certain individuals may not keep and bear arms. Likewise, the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments may as well not be in the Constitution.

In the two centuries plus years (to use a tyrant's mode of expression: eleven score and six years or 2013-1787=226 yrs.) of the existence of the formal United States, elected "leaders" have passed many laws that, beginning after the Civil War, have slowly and imperceptibly increased the POWER of the federal government. Each generation of "leaders" has enforced laws and Congress has passed more laws that increase the POWER of the feds. World events such as the 1913 fraudulent ratification of the Income Tax Amendment by wealth-jealous parasites and power hungry government thieves, the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, World War I (1914-18), the Communist Revolution (1917-18), the Volstead Act (1919-1933, Prohibition), the Depression (1929-1941), World War II (1941-45, US involvement), and various world policeman and muscle flexing activities (namely Vietnam) of the US since 1945 have shaped the federal government into today's EMPIRE.

Those presidents who were elected just before and during periods of war (along with a mostly complicit Congress) deserve most of the dubious credit for taking our liberty, for destroying the Constitution and its meaning. One can understand hightened security levels during war, but if wartime security violates freedom or if that wartime security level is NOT dismantled after war (like today), and then increased and further refined, we have the elements of dictatorship and Constitutional infringement. Examples are FISA courts, the NSA, the PATRIOT (anything but) Act, and the 'Affordable' rationed-Care (tax) Act. The so-called ACA is just another free cash-flow machine for the feds. If they can't tax AmeriKans more by directly appealing to an already over-taxed citizenry, then the federal 'conspirators' lie, cheat, and steal behind the subterfuge of healthcare reform.

These 'edicts' are relatively recent, but during the last 120 years, power-hungry CONgress(es) and President(s) have passed SO MANY statutes and enforcing regulations that even the 'king and his nobles' can't keep track of them. This collusive conspiracy of CONgress-President-Judiciary has skillfully convinced the People that they 'represent' them, that they through each generation have acted and are acting to keep America free. In reality, the results show that the collusion misrepresented itself and along with union bureaucrats have built a tyrannical regime, an out-of-control conglomerate of unConstitutional independent agencies that cannot be eliminated or downsized. This is the very political condition that the founders of the Constitution fought a war of liberation against King George to end.

Instead of 'checks and balances' and strict enforcement of the Constitution leaving States to exercise their independent authority over their dominion, the 'limited' federal government has skillfuly and with guileful methods wrested power, control and liberty from the very States and the People who ratified the Constitution and agreed to establish a weak central government for the common defense against foreign enemies.

The leaders of States, the sovereign entities that originally agreed to give the Federal Government its "limited" power and ratified the "Supreme Law of the Land" have not only surrendered their individual sovereignty, but with a few exceptions, treat their citizens like serfs of some feudal lord.

Instead of "Dictatorship of the Proletariat" (Marx), the people of the USA experience almost daily violations of the Constitution creating a dictatorship of a colluding and conspiring Legislative-Executive-Judicial conglomerate. How? If a President and Congress conspire to repeatedly use "emergencies", either real or propagandized, to affect the public opinion of irrational and uninformed AmeriKans (or pass secret laws and create secret courts), then any new constitutional infringement, any new law that violates the Constitution, any violation of any AmeriKan's rights becomes easily possible and highly probable.

The irrationality of thoughtless, biased, uninformed citizens creates the avenue for Presidents and Congress to gain more and more control over a once free people. The uninformed people who work and have taxes extracted from their paychecks to ostensibly provide revenue (see "Terrorism by Government") for the 'empire' mostly decline to actively participate by constantly educating themselves and demanding that their (mis)representatives vote against any Act that violates or provides a vehicle to the eventual violation of the Constitution.

Personally, I find today's US Government to have achieved the 1848 goal of Karl Marx as written in the Communist Manifesto. If one reads the quote below with an objective, open mind, one can see little difference (if any) with the federal goverment and the goals of Communism.

"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs"

Karl Marx

FROM Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Frederick Engels (February, 1848)

"The Communist revolution is the most radical rupture with traditional property relations; no wonder that its development involved the most radical rupture with traditional ideas.

But let us have done with the bourgeois objections to Communism.

We have seen above, that the first step in the revolution by the working class is to raise the proletariat to the position of ruling class to win the battle of democracy.

The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie, to centralise all instruments of production in the hands of the State, i.e., of the proletariat organised as the ruling class; and to increase the total productive forces as rapidly as possible.

Of course, in the beginning, this cannot be effected except by means of despotic inroads on the rights of property, and on the conditions of bourgeois production; by means of measures, therefore, which appear economically insufficient and untenable, but which, in the course of the movement, outstrip themselves, necessitate further inroads upon the old social order, and are unavoidable as a means of entirely revolutionising the mode of production.

These measures will, of course, be different in different countries.

Nevertheless, in most advanced countries, the following will be pretty generally applicable."

  1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
  2. [Editor's Note: So, you don't see this...how 'bout the latest "Eminent domain" ruling by the Supreme Court? Or the "Reverse Mortgage push all over TV? Or the fact that banks own YOUR property until you pay them back and afterwards, the State you live in owns your property and if they want to take it for any reason, they can!]

  3. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
  4. [Editor's Note: Citizens of USA (and "legal" aliens) already contend with the fraudulently "ratified" 16th Amendment. The IRS, a corrupt organization can kick down your door, take your bank account or your property for refusing to pay tribute to the king. The evidence against proper ratification in the years before Woody Wilson's election is very strong but hidden by corrupt government "officials".]

  5. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
  6. [Editor's Note: Inherentance is not YET abolished, but it's taxed to death by every greedy, wealth-jealous, government parasite, lawyer, banker, and real estate company.]

  7. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
  8. [Editor's Note: Americans are decendents of emigrants. See You don't own your property anyway and Government Criminals and Eminent domain in the U. S.. If government wants your property, then government uses legal excuses like maybe your property was involved in a crime or your property would be better off in some developers hands to build a shopping center. While the following is slightly off topic, new, 1st generation emigrants are bribed to vote for one of two ruling class parties to legitimize the pretense of liberty in our group dictatorship (our current L-E-J Cabal was once a Constitutional Republic). This implies that your vote means something and can affect change. Rebels are now called "terrorists". George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock ... all "terrorists." Citizens can be murdered by drone without Due Process.]

  9. Centralisation of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
  10. [Editor's Note: We have this. The Federal Reserve along with each President's "rubber stamp" --- CONgress --- have destroyed the economy since 1913 and the economic destruction really began around 1870. All the "rulers" need is an "emergency" or any ol' tragedy like Newtown to foist another edict on the People. The US dollar's purchasing power has eroded to 3 cents compared with 1913's dollar due to FED caused inflation so government can pay for exhorbitant salaries and benefits, and unemployment checks, food stamps, and free cell phones. Also, after government caused financial failure in 2007-8, try to get a loan from a bank, or for 16% of the population, just try to get a job (partly lack of skills problem). GDP registered a whopping 1.2% last quarter. What a booming economy!]

  11. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
  12. [Editor's Note: We already have this. You don't really BELIEVE what you read in newspapers or watch on television, do you? They tell readers and listeners whatever "chunk" of propaganda the government wants to feed the People. At least half the time its some lie to smooth over a discovery of more tyranny by government. The People wouldn't have learned about Bengazi terror and Hilliary's "resignation", the NSA spying, or the IRS if it weren't for a few good citizen whistleblowers. Government calls these discoveries and whistleblowing "treasonable" for reporting tyranny to the People being "tyrannized"! "ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY!"]

  13. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
  14. [Editor's Note: Essentially we have this too; companies are regulated and unionized such that the government effectively and completely CONTROLS them. Much of the citizenry calls for MORE regulation and control. Government OWNS the wastelands and government heavily subsidizes farmers, both large and small. During the Depression, FDR's government forced farmers to plow their fields such that wind wouldn't erode the soil.]

  15. Equal liability of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
  16. [Editor's Note: Fortunately we don't have government forced equal-liability employment YET unless you're a prisoner, but we have the military-industrial complex, i.e. policy, corrupt monetary relationships between legislators, national armed forces, and the military industrial base. The Defense of the nation is really the primary requirement of the Constitution, but $600 toilet seats, "featherbedding" and bribing CONgress is not a Constitutional requirement. Also, the Socialists have added much to the definition of "work". If you don't work, you get perpetual unemployment payments funded by CONgress (FED money from thin air) and food stamps to make your unemployed life comfortable. Soon, you'll get 60" TVs with your unemployment check. If you're in a union, you get a job whether there is an economic need for the job or not. All you gotta do is look busy.]

  17. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country.
  18. [Editor's Note: Since living in cities and slums (with that wonderful urine and sewer smell to enhance the environment) is generally both cumbersome, costly and dangerous, people have moved to the suburbs to live a safer and less taxing life. Sometimes it's dificult to determine where the city ends and the 'burbs begin. Counties are almost as taxing as cities.]

  19. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labour in its present form (but it's still good offshore). Combination of education with industrial production.
  20. [Editor's Note: In the USA it's free "indoctrination" in Public Propaganda Disseminators, so-called public schools where students only learn about life as a Socialist or Communist. What happened to Readin, Ritin, Rithmetic and history of the AmeriKan Revolution/Liberty?]

Having read the above plancks of the Communist Manifesto, maybe you think that the U.S. methods of treating Marx's recipe for Communism in AmeriKa is done 'democratically' and with 'justice'. But the U.S. federal government has grown and developed far from that envisaged by the Founders. Bureaucrats in independent agencies work hard every day to think and write statute enforcing regulations that give them more power and control over citizens.

I posit that the absolute only way for the People to regain control of their country will require them to pressure their 'representatives' into 'downsizing' and 'right-sizing' the independent agencies of the government. Not only must agencies be either downsized, merged with other agencies to create synergies, and/or eliminated, but very ethical, honest directors must be given the task of right-sizing the remaining/necessary agencies to redirect agencies from power-grabbing and controlling to transferring power to States and performing the federal mission of the agency.

The original, 'Federalist' intent of the Founders can be restored if this great task is undertaken. Otherwise, AmeriKa will continue to slip toward communism and the vision of the Founders along with the greatest country in the history of the world will go the way of the historical Socialist failures.

Police State: Orwell's Nightmare Is Reality!

10/23/14 FROM The Hill

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the IRS to detail under oath how some of former agency official Lois Lerner’s emails went missing, as well as any potential methods for recovering them.

Judge Emmet Sullivan of the U.S. District Court in Washington gave the Internal Revenue Service exactly a month — until Aug. 10 — to file a report, which he demanded as part of a lawsuit from a conservative watchdog, Judicial Watch, against the agency.

Judicial Watch is seeking a wide range of documents from the IRS, including Lerner’s emails, as part of a Freedom of Information Act request. It has complained that the IRS didn’t tell it that the agency couldn’t recover all of Lerner’s emails from 2009 to 2011.

Sullivan cast his ruling as a compromise, and a potential way for Judicial Watch to get answers without the court wading any deeper into the matter. Judicial Watch had asked the court to potentially compel IRS officials to testify about the lost emails, through a process called limited discovery.

FROM Project to RESTORE AMERICA

The FairTax is a consumption tax unilaterally applied to all Americans at the same rate. For businesses, payroll taxes would no longer exist. Our exports would include a heavy tax for overseas buyers purchasing our products, while our imports would be cheaper for us to purchase. I'm not sure how this would affect GDP, as more information is necessary.

According to the FairTax website, "Under the FairTax, every person living in the United States pays a sales tax on purchases of new goods and services, excluding necessities due to the prebate." The prebate gives every legal resident household an "advance refund" at the beginning of each month so that purchases made up to the poverty level are tax-free.

So a family of four making something like $50,000/year should not have to pay taxes, thus preventing an unfair burden on low-income families. Since the FairTax eliminates both federal and payroll taxes, you get to keep your gross pay amount of each paycheck earned.

Why Do We Need Term Limits?

John Adams said, “Without [term limits] every man in power becomes a ravenous beast of prey”. That being said, here are some of the reasons we believe our country needs Term Limits.

  1. Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
  2. Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
  3. Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
  4. Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
  5. Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.
  6. Term limits for lawmakers: when is enough, enough?

[Editor's Note: If you want to get rich, i.e. advance from a low paying government bureaucrat job on the local or state level, THEN GET ELECTED TO THE US CONGRESS (House or Senate). Once you're elected, it's easy to steal from your campaign contributions or the Congressional budget allocated to your seat and staff. You can go on a government-funded junket with 'lavishly' paid expenses. The list of ways to steal from the government while in office is inexhaustible. There are only a few Congressmen who left Congress just wealthy instead of a multi-millionaire. Of course, there are several who arrived in Congress as multi-millionaires and don't need to steal from the government.]

FROM Liberty & How Things Are Not Always As They Seem

Sunday, July 14, 2013 by Chris Rossini

***

The ideas of liberty held by the AmeriKan public were so strong though, that it would take until the beginning of the 1900's for public opinion to noticeably turn in the opposite direction. I stress that this is when public opinion noticeably turned. The attitudes of U.S. government officials turned long before that. They just had to achieve their goals piecemeal.

But from the early 1900's on, the speed of the belief in government control began to take off. Let's go back to the tipping point that occurred over 100 years ago.

It was not an easy time for the idea pushers of government control. Battling liberty was a difficult task. They probably felt very similar to the way we feel today. It was no doubt hard to for them to forsee how they could possibly succeed.

Ludwig Von Mises wrote:

The ideal of liberty seemed to be so firmly rooted that everybody thought that no reactionary movement could ever succeed in eradicating it. It is true, it would have been a hopeless venture to attack freedom openly and to advocate unfeignedly a return to subjection and bondage. But antiliberalism got hold of people's minds camouflaged as superliberalism, as the fulfillment and consummation of the very ideas of freedom and liberty. It came disguised as socialism, communism, and planning.

Mises also wrote (my emphasis):

Thus, about the middle of the nineteenth century, it seemed that the ideal of Socialism had been disposed of. It was at this moment that Marx appeared.

In other words, it sure seemed like liberty was unstoppable in AmeriKa, just as it seemed like The British Empire was unstoppable prior to 1776.

But, once again, things are not always as they seem. Massive changes often happen when they are least expected.

AmeriKa tipped in the early 1900's thanks to a small group of individuals who intensely desired complete government control. Once again, it only took enough people to get on board. The rest would be taken on a very nightmarish ride.

FROM Is AmeriKa’s Economy Being Sovietized?

May 21, 2013 by Brandon Smith

The foundation of the Soviet model of trade and investment was centralization. The entire goal of communism in general was not to give more social and political power to the people, but to extinguish alternative options and focus power into the hands of a select few. The process used to reach this end result can vary, but the goal always remains the same. In most cases, such centralization begins with economic hegemony, and it is in our fiscal structure that we have the means to see the future. Sovietization in our financial life will inevitably lead to sovietization in our political life.

Does the U.S. economy’s path resemble the Soviet template exactly? No. And I’m sure the very suggestion will make the average unaware free market evangelical froth at the mouth. However, as I plan to show, the parallels in our fundamentals are disturbing; the reality is that true free markets in AmeriKa died a long time ago.

The Tyranny Of Planned Economy

The characteristics of a free market society defy the use of centralized planning. Adam Smith’s original concept of free market trade stood as an antithesis to what was then referred to as “mercantilism,” a select few “joint stock companies” (corporations) monopolizing production while using government ties to destroy any new competition. Unfortunately, there are to this day economists and politicians who believe that corporate centralization is a “natural” function of a free market. In reality, corporate monopolies are an unnatural creation of collusion between governments and big-money interests designed to suffocate any entrepreneurship outside of their sphere of influence. Over time, as we now see in the United States today, government power and corporate power begin to hybridize, until one can barely be distinguished from the other.

The bottom line is that you cannot have planned structures, monopolized production or controlled capital flow within an economy and still claim it to be a “free market. There are no exceptions to this rule.

The Soviet system was the ultimate in centralization. Every aspect of financial life was dictated by the communist government, from industrial input and output to investment to food production and rationing to wages and retail prices. Some people might argue that this structure is a far cry from what we now have in the United States, but let’s look at the fundamentals.
