Whereas:  President Obama's Justice Department has asserted the authority to use drone strikes to kill American citizens on American soil without due process and judicial oversight; and

Whereas:  This so-called "authority" will make President Obama the judge, jury, and executioner; and

Whereas:  This is an affront the Constitutional due process rights of all Americans; and

Whereas:  Assassinating Americans on American soil violates the several Amendments to the Bill of Rights within the Constitution of the United States;

Therefore: I, your constituent, urge you to stand up for the Constitution and stop this madness.
